Bob couldn’t make it this week, so Lejon had to do something unusual.
Based on Episode 6 Futur Unperfect, Lejon wrote a short story using some of the base concepts.
Recorded and online for your approval,

No One SELF
Part One is good to go.

Great story Lejon, I look forward to future installments.
I’d say it’s got a promising beginning, especially for your first such endeavor.
First off, the recording quality (from what I could hear) is very good. Far better than the podcast (echo, heavy breathing into the mic).
Secondly, I have to say I think your narration of the story is comfortably above-average. There’s a podcast that I listen to — and the host is very amiable, his content is pretty consistently good — his reading of submitted stories is deplorable. I’ve actually had to skip stories. It’s that bad.
My only concern is raised by the end of this episode. In regards to the technology. I just don’t want it to degrade to deus ex machina. But that’s a pitfall that I think you won’t fall in.
All that said, well done, and I’m looking forward to your future creations.
Future parts to No One SELF will be written, recorded, and dropped into the feed… Sure, writing them has to happen first… Baby steps…
I have to say I was left wanting more.
And then the kazoos kicked in.
AAAAAAH.
But I’ll put up with them to find out what happens to Mr. Vanamonde, erm, I mean… *evil grin*
